About Us
B&M Smoked Meats and Seasonings is located and created in Rockford, WA by two families with the love of a good BBQ and Smoke session. This isn't just a business and about the title to us, it's something that we are passionate about. It really started with our very own smoke sessions from the rubbing down of ribs, stirring pots of homemade sauce, and experimenting with different seasoning blends when it turned into something greater. Friends and family would keep asking for "just as little more of that rub" or "a jar of that sauce to take home" and that is when we realized we had something special to share.
Meet The Guys Behind the Scene
Meet Bill Harper & Mike Bernard. These two guys spend their days wrenching on motorcycles and the nights & weekends chasing the perfect smoke session. Both living in small towns Mike in Fairfield, WA and Bill in Rockford, WA.
Bill enjoys riding and fishing. He also loves smoking up meats and getting creative with spices and sauces. If you don't see him at work or on the water, you will find him cooking something up in the kitchen as he has a love for food. Bill has 4 kids and has been married for 30 years.
Mike enjoys being outdoors and relaxing listening to music. He also loves smoking up meats/snacks and even built his very own cold smoker. If you don't see him at work or out and about, you can find him listening to his music getting creative with the seasonings. Mike has 3 kids and has been married for 6 years.
